Triple aspect with stunning views across the Racecourse. Boasting outdoor viewing terraces it's the ideal space in which to offer your delegates a memorable setting for any breakouts.

Grandstand | Second Floor

550 maximum capacity

Boasting more than 780 square metres of pillar free conference, dining or exhibition space for up to 550 delegates. Five balconies offer superb views of the Racecourse.

Hampshire Stand | Ground Floor

This newly-refurbished space features our Champagne Suite & exclusive Members' Club. Ideal for receptions and networking in a tasteful, VIP setting.

Hampshire Stand | First Floor

Boasting spectacular views of the Racecourse and finish line - the perfect space for networking opportunities with integrated bar and lounge space.

Hampshire Stand | Second Floor

A £1,500,000 refurbishment has resulted in an exceptional, four tiered space. Our premium hospitality suite on racedays, it's likely to be the perfect setting for a non-raceday event.

Berkshire Stand | Ground Floor

With 510 square metres of event space; the ideal venue for small exhibitions, product launches and large networking events with broad catering options.

Berkshire Stand | First Floor

200 maximum capacity

The contemporary Paddock View and Long Room spaces can be enjoyed for dining, refreshment breaks or smaller exhibitions. With high ceilings and expansive views; they're a real treat.

Berkshire Stand | Fred Winter & Mandarin Suites

100 maximum capacity

Newly refurbished and inter-connecting, enjoy a high end space for up to 100 delegates. Offering sprawling views of the Racecourse with balcony viewing areas.

Outdoor Spaces

24,000 maximum capacity

Boasting more than 225 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, the Racecourse can accommodate large-scale outdoor events. Think festivals, car shows and large exhibitions.

What types of events is the Racecourse able to host?

We’re able to host a wide range of events. To get a feel for just what we can cater for please click here.

Do you have any minimum requirements for an event?

We’re typically only able to accommodate events with more than 100 delegates.

However, if you’re looking to host an event with slightly fewer delegates please reach out to our team to see if we can help.

Are all of your event spaces accessible?

Yes, all of the Racecourse’s event spaces are DDA compliant.

I’m attending an event what postcode should I use?

When attending an event please use the postcode RG14 5AW.

Are event spaces available to hire or use on a raceday?

Yes, there’s a good chance we’ll be able to accommodate an event on a raceday.

Our hospitality team tend to oversee events on racedays and they can be contacted via hospitality@staging.newburyracecourse.co.uk.

Do you offer free car parking?

Yes, we have extensive on-site parking and this is all complimentary.

Do you have electric charging points at the Racecourse?

As it stands we don’t but we are looking to have charging points installed in the future.

Does the Racecourse have a sustainability policy?

Am I able to bring in my own caterer for an event?

Typically our in-house catering team will provide catering for any event hosted at the Racecourse.

That said, if an event requires catering of a nature our in-house team aren’t able to provide then external caterers would be welcomed.
