Complimentary Ticket Opportunity Available To Racing Fans On Dubai Duty Free International Weekend With James Bay

Newbury Racecourse has announced it will be trialling a new initiative at this week’s Dubai Duty Free International Weekend (Saturday 20th September) with those racing fans leaving after the culmination of the day’s racing – and before the start of the post-racing concert – eligible to receive a complimentary ticket for use at an upcoming raceday.

2025 marks the 30th year of Dubai Duty Free’s partnership at Newbury and this initiative at their popular International Weekend means racing fans who aren’t in a position to stay at the Racecourse after racing for James Bay’s headline performance have the opportunity to return to Newbury free of charge.

The complimentary ticket opportunity will be available at a weekday raceday hosted at the Racecourse on or before 23rd June 2026, with the racedays on Friday 27th November and Monday 29th December excluded from the offer.

Those wishing to claim a complimentary ticket will simply need to report to the designated point at either East or South Entrance upon leaving the Racecourse on Saturday.

To be eligible a racing fan would need to visit the designated point before the commencement of James Bay’s headline concert which is anticipated to begin at approximately 5:45pm.

Any 2025 Newbury Racecourse Members not in a position to stay for the post-racing concert – and who visit the designated point when leaving the Racecourse – will receive a complimentary Members’ Guest voucher to bring a friend or loved one racing for free on a weekday raceday hosted on or before 23rd June 2026, again excluding the racedays on Friday 27th November and Monday 29th December.
